Stress is something that comes and goes throughout our life journey. There are a few ways I have dealt with stress throughout my life. One way is affirmations and self talk. Speaking highly and positive to yourself can change your entire mood. Another way I have dealt with stress is through physical movement. Moving the body will help you lose track of the negativity and burdens you are facing. It leads you into a zone of peace and gratitude. The feeling of challenges you body through intentional movements is a wonderful feeling i think everyone should experience.
